Inter-School Athletics Championships
Our track and field athletes compete against top schools from across the region. Events include sprints, relays, long jump, high jump, discus and javelin. Come support your champions!
Cultural Heritage & Arts Evening
An enchanting evening celebrating the rich cultural heritage of Zimbabwe and beyond. Students perform marimba, dance, drama, poetry and visual arts. Open to parents, alumni and the community.
Grade 7 & O-Level Orientation Day
A comprehensive orientation for new Grade 7 and Form 1 students and their parents. Introduction to school rules, academic expectations, co-curricular activities, and a meet-and-greet with class teachers.
Annual Charity Fun Run
Put on your running shoes for a great cause! Students, staff, and community members run a 5 km route around the school campus to raise funds for the school bursary programme.
Annual Sports Day & Prize Giving
Celebrate sporting achievement across all disciplines — cricket, hockey, netball, volleyball, swimming, and more. The day concludes with a prize-giving ceremony and braai for all families.
National Debate Championship
Harvard Senior School hosts the national debate finals. Our own team competes against the top six schools in the country. Spectators welcome — witness sharp minds at work.

Harvard Wins National Debate Championship 2025
Our debate team brought home the gold at the National Schools Debate Tournament held in Harare, defeating 32 competing schools.
100% Pass Rate at O-Level — Class of 2025
We are thrilled to announce that our Form 4 class of 2025 achieved a 100% pass rate at O-Level, with 78% attaining 5 or more A/B grades.
Cricket Team Qualifies for Nationals
After a stellar provincial season, the Harvard Senior School cricket First XI has qualified for the national schools cricket championships.
Marimba Ensemble Performs at HIFA 2026

Term 2 Fee Payments Due
All Term 2 fees are due by 20 May 2026. Please ensure payment is made through the school bursar.
New Library Hours — Extended Exam Hours
Library open Mon–Fri 6:30 AM–9 PM during exam period. Students must carry their library card.
Merit Scholarship Applications Open
Form 1 – Form 4 students with strong academic records may apply for merit-based bursaries.
Parent-Teacher Meetings — Term 2
Scheduled for Saturday 30 May 2026. Booking opens online Monday 18 May through the parent portal.
